Nebula Thigh Pillow
The Nebula thigh pillow reduces the risk of lower back pain and hip pain during sleep. It is a pillow placed between the thighs just above the level of the knees to reduce the arch in the lower back, which helps to alleviate lower back pain. Additionally, the Nebula thigh pillow can reduce the stress placed on the hip joints by maintaining leg separation. This is especially effective in reducing leg cramps and hip pain during pregnancy. The Nebula thigh pillow has a hole in its center to permit airflow and provide a cooling effect.

Notes: You may notice that your new Nebula Thigh Pillow arrives with a slight odor. This is normal and not harmful. Place it in a well-ventilated area for 1-3 days.
Nebula Thigh Pillow Instructions
- Place the Nebula thigh pillow between your thighs, slightly above the level of your knees.
- Use the leg strap to secure the Nebula thigh pillow in place.
- Orient the narrower part of the thigh pillow toward your feet.
Care & Maintenance of the Fabric Case
1. Do not dry clean.
2. Wash with a gentle detergent and warm water (maximum water temperature of 30°C).
3. Hang dry.
4. Do not iron.
Care & Maintenance of the Foam Component
Note: Washing the foam component is not recommended. In the event the foam component needs to be cleaned, follow the instructions below.
1. Do not wash or submerge the foam component in water or any other cleaning fluid.
2. Wipe the affected areas with a damp cloth.
3. Do not wring or deform the foam.
4. Air dry.
5. Do not place in direct sunlight.
6. When not in use, ensure that the foam is not compressed.
